This property is located on a complex in the lovely village of Gümüslük. The popular sea front of Gümüslük, famous for its’ fish restaurants and authentic Turkish atmosphere, is only 10 minutes away. Yalikavak is about a 15 minute drive in the opposite direction. Both towns are very accessible by the local mini bus (dolmuş) which runs frequently past the complex.
On site there are good facilities like a (Turkish) restaurant, mini market, basketball court and social areas for all residents to meet up and have drinks should you wish to socialize. There is a good mix of nationalities on this site, the majority is owned by Turkish nationals as summer homes and now about 20% is owned by other European nationalities.
The complex also has its’ own gorgeous private beachfront with a bar and restaurant. There is a great sheltered bay for swimming and an area for those who would like to keep a small boat. It is a complex which is rather like a little village that spans round the whole bay.There is a swimming pool which has been completed this year and is located in the top half of the complex overlooking the bar and seafront.
On the complex you will also find an orchard of mandarin trees and the residents are given free bags of mandarins when in season, which adds to the friendly feel of the complex. There are 3 styles of houses built on the complex 60sqm, 75sqm and 90 sqm and all are the traditional white buildings. The original houses were constructed about 10years ago and open plan; you had to go outside to get from the bedroom to the living room. However, now the majority has been renovated and modernized and there are many masterpieces on the complex. The property is situated in a secluded location on the site with easy access to the driveway.
